Ernest Entsie is a twenty four-year-old freelance artist based in Los Angeles, CA. He was born and raised in Agona Swedru, Ghana and immigrated into the United States in 2013. He studied Studio Arts and Political Science at Dickinson College. His work bridges across portraiture, landscape, and fashion photography, often incorporating vibrant color schemes. Common themes present within his work include the black experience, identity, sexuality, and representation of marginalized individuals. Ernest understands the power of an image and hopes to use that power for positive change. He also draws and paints in his free time, making artworks when he feels limited or wants to experiment with different mediums.

Art is an essential part of his life, especially as an artist of color, and hopes to inspire other artists of color to pursue careers in the creative industry.
